DOOH Ops: privacy and terms

What this service is

DOOH Ops is a private operations tool for digital out-of-home media companies. Only people added by a company manager can sign in.

Information we keep

Names, work email addresses and phone numbers of team members; the company’s screens, clients, campaigns and bookings; and records of files uploaded as proof of play. This information is used only to run the service for that company and is not sold or shared with third parties.

Google Drive

When a manager connects Google Drive, DOOH Ops asks only for access to files it creates itself (the “drive.file” permission) and the account’s email address. It creates a “DOOH Ops” folder and stores uploaded proof-of-play photos and videos there. It cannot see other files in that Drive. Access can be removed at any time from the app’s Settings or from the Google account’s security settings. Use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Use of the service

Accounts are for the named person only. Companies are responsible for the content they upload. Access may be withdrawn for misuse. The service is provided as is, and we work to keep it available and secure.

Deleting data

A company can ask for its data to be deleted by emailing the contact above. Files in Google Drive stay in that Drive and remain under the owner’s control.
